Nubuck shoes require specific care to preserve their velvety softness and refined appearance. As nubuck is a delicate leather, it should be cleaned with appropriate tools: a soft bristle brush or sponge specifically for nubuck is recommended for removing dust and surface dirt. Cleaning should be done with gentle, even movements, avoiding exerting too much pressure so as not to damage the finish. For more persistent stains, specific rubbers for nubuck can be used, dabbing the affected area gently. If the shoes have tassels, it is important to give them proper treatment. Tassels should be cleaned separately using a soft dry cloth to remove dust. To protect nubuck shoes and prevent stains or moisture absorption, it is advisable to apply a waterproofing spray specifically for suede and nubuck leathers. The spray should be spread evenly, maintaining a distance of about 20 cm, and allowed to air dry to ensure effective protection. For optimal storage, nubuck shoes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and moisture. It is preferable to store them inside breathable fabric bags to protect them from dust. Finally, the use of shoe lasts helps maintain the original structure of the shoes, ensuring that the nubuck remains in perfect condition over time.

Shipping

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
