SHIPPING
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:
Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

THE METALLIC LEATHER FINISH TO THIS MATERIAL MAY DEVELOP WRINKLES WITH CONSTANT FLEXING; THIS IS CONSIDERED THE NATURAL WEAR OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT A FAULT. SHOULD THE LEATHER BECOME WRINKLED OR SCRATCHED, THERE IS NO WAY TO RESTORE IT. WHILE TREATING THE LEATHER WITH ANY ALCOHOL BASED LIQUIDS WILL DAMAGE THE METALLIC FINISH, THE MIRROR LEATHER CAN BE CLEANED BY GENTLY WIPING IT WITH A SOFT DAMP CLOTH AND DRIED IMMEDIATELY. PRODUCTS MADE OF MIRROR LEATHER SHOULD BE STORED AWAY FROM DIRECT SOURCES OF HUMIDITY AND HEAT
