Care

Suede shoes require special attention to preserve their softness and characteristic velvety appearance. Regular cleaning is essential: use a suede-specific brush, preferably with rubber bristles or crepe, to remove dust and dirt without damaging the surface. In case of stains, suede-specific rubbers or dry solutions can be used, avoiding the use of water, which could leave halos or alter the material.

If the shoes have accessories, such as calf tassels, clamps, buckles, sewn or embroidered bullion patches, it is important to treat them with care. Calf tassels can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth, while metal accessories should be polished with nonabrasive products to maintain their shine.

Embroidered patches require extremely gentle cleaning, using a soft brush to remove dust and being careful not to pull on the working threads. A smaller brush or thin cloth should be used to clean the surrounding areas without damaging the suede.

Particular attention should be paid to combinations with other leathers, such as smooth or abraded calf inserts, which require specific products and treatments for each type of material. Rubber soles also require regular cleaning, using a slightly damp sponge to remove dirt, taking care not to let wet rubber come in contact with suede.

For optimal maintenance, it is advisable to periodically apply a suede-specific waterproofing spray to protect the material from water and stains. Finally, storing shoes in a dry place, away from excessive heat sources, storing them in protective bags and using lasts, helps maintain the structure and elegance of the model over time.

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
