Jacquard fabric shoes require gentle care to preserve the elegance of the textures and richness of the details. For daily cleaning, a soft brush or dry cloth should be used to remove dust and dirt without rubbing excessively so as not to compromise the texture of the fabric. In the case of light stains, you can take action by gently dabbing the affected area with a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and mild soap, avoiding aggressive movements that could damage the workmanship of the jacquard. If the shoes have silk tassels, it is essential to treat them with extreme care. The tassels should be cleaned with a soft bristle brush or dry cloth, avoiding pulling or deforming them. To remove any dust buildup, you can shake them gently or use a small, low-powered air blower, being careful not to defragment the silk. It is important to avoid direct exposure of jacquard fabric shoes to sources of heat or moisture, as this could compromise both the weave of the fabric and the tassels. Storing shoes in a cool, dry place inside protective bags made of breathable fabric will protect them from dust and keep them in perfect condition. Using shoe lasts helps preserve their original structure, ensuring that the pattern retains its charm and sophistication over time.

Shipping

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
