Crocodile leather shoes require specific care to preserve their beauty and durability. It is important to clean them regularly with a soft cloth, removing dust and impurities. Applying a special cream for exotic leather will help maintain softness and prevent cracking. Particular care should be taken when matching with other materials, such as suede, which is often used together with crocodile to create elegant contrasts. Each material requires specific treatments: suede, for example, should be cleaned with a soft-bristled or rubber brush to remove dust and dirt without damaging its delicate texture. It is essential to separate the cleaning of the two materials and use products dedicated to each type of leather to avoid alteration or damage. Special attention should be paid to shoes with rubber soles, which should be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp sponge to remove dirt, avoiding wetting the crocodile skin. This ensures proper cleaning without compromising the material. If the shoes have cotton laces, these should be removed periodically and washed by hand with warm water and mild soap, allowing them to air dry completely before reattaching them. It is also advisable to avoid direct exposure to heat sources and store them in a dry environment, using shoe lasts to preserve their structure. Paying attention to these simple precautions ensures that crocodile shoes retain their appeal and qualities over time.

Shipping

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
