The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:
Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 3-4 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping (+40€) takes 1-2 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.


RETURNS

Orders completed at full price can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date following the instructions on the return form included in each package.

Customized, Made-To-Order and sale/discounted items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are admitted.
Specifically, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised with reference to products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the Customer, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. WITH ABRASION AND USE IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE VELVET TO MOULT SOME FIBRES. LOOSE DIRT MAY BE REMOVED WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND DRIED IMMEDIATELY AWAY FROM DIRECT HEAT. WE WOULD ADVISE AGAINST THE USE OF ANY CLEANING PRODUCTS

SPECIAL CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WITH PRODUCTS MADE OF CRYSTALS. A SOFT DRY CLOTH CAN BE USED TO REMOVE ANY LOOSE DIRT FROM THE CRYSTAL BROOCHES
