If the shoes have calf leather profiles, these should be treated separately with products specifically for smooth leather, such as nourishing creams applied with a soft cloth. It is important to prevent water or detergents used for canvas from coming into contact with the leather, as they may stain it or alter its appearance.
In the case of rope soles, typical of espadrilles, special care must be taken. The rope must be kept dry, as moisture could weaken it or cause it to deteriorate. To clean it, simply use a dry soft bristle brush to remove surface dirt. If there are stains, it can be lightly blotted with a barely dampened cloth, but avoid saturating the rope with water.
For optimal storage, it is advisable to store shoes in a dry, ventilated place away from sources of heat or moisture and protect them from dust by using breathable bags. The use of lasts helps to maintain the original structure of the shoes. With careful and targeted care for each material, canvas shoes will maintain their fresh and stylish appearance over time.

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:
- Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
- Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
