Water-repellent suede shoes require specific care to maintain their soft texture and protective properties against moisture. Even when treated to resist water, suede remains a delicate material that needs regular attention. For daily cleaning, you should use a suede-specific brush, preferably made of rubber or with soft bristles, to gently remove dust and dirt without damaging the surface. In case of light stains, simply blot the affected area with a suede rubber or dry cloth, avoiding the use of water, which could alter the texture. If the shoes have suede bangs, it is important to give them a targeted treatment. The bangs should be brushed with special care using a fine-bristled brush or soft brush, gently following the direction of the leather to avoid bending or deforming them. If there is dust or dirt residue, you can gently shake the bangs or intervene with a special suede rubber, dabbing without applying excessive pressure. To preserve the water-repellent effect of suede, a specific waterproofing spray should be applied periodically to help maintain protection against water and stains. The spray should be spread evenly, keeping a distance of about 20 cm, and allowed to air dry before wearing the shoes. For optimal storage, shoes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and moisture. The use of protective bags made of breathable fabric prevents dust accumulation, while the use of shoe lasts helps maintain the original structure. With these precautions, water-repellent suede shoes will retain their appeal and functionality over time.

Shipping

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the Private Sale collection online.
