          How Do I Cancel My Order?

          Is not possible to cancel an order placed for which the payment has been properly accepted by the payment gateway.
          However, until the order was not assigned to the courier for shipment, is possible to replace the ordered product with a different item of equal or greater value.
          If the value of the new ordered product should be greater than the value of the previously ordered item, it will be asked to proceed with a compensatory payment

          What are your shipping methods and costs?

          We ship worldwide.
          Shipments are complimentary in Italy, Europe, US, Canada and Turkey.
          Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.
          The Express Shipping option can be selected during checkout and Worldwide Express delivery time with this option is 2 to 3 business days.
          Anyhow, longer delivery times may occur depending on certain areas.

          By inserting the code in www.certilogo.com or scanning the QR Code using the corresponding app, you can check the shoe’s authenticity in real time.

          What Are Your Return And Exchange Policies?

          You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the last good.
          To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to return your order by a clear statement by email at info@superglamourous.it. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of return before the cancellation period has expired.
          You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
          You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
          You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


          Customized, Made-To-Order and sale/discounted items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are admitted.
          Specifically, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised with reference to products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the Customer, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For these categories of products will not be accepted returns for size change or any other request for replacement and/or refund.

The Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.

          Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment.           As soon as GLAM SRL have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

          Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at GLAM SRL from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

          Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at ​www.klarna.com/uk​.

          [Klarna] What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?

          Once GLAM SRL has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

          In the event that your goods have not been received please call GLAM SRL to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

          [Klarna] I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

          As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
